So I put in all of my details and they gave me three leads and I chose McCarthy Renovations due to their reviews. They responded immediately and Chad scheduled a day to come out and take a look. I thought my entire deck would need replaced and wanted to have it demolished but Chad said it was the roof only, everything else looked good and suggested that I keep the deck but do something with the roof. So I chose to keep the deck but have the roof taken off. They scheduled a day to come out and did all the work in one day. They also replaced some of the wood flooring going up to my deck.
