"I have been using their service since June 2020. I have had very inconsistent pick ups. They use a 3rd party for their payment service. I had set up through their website for re-occurring payments. On January 7th i received my first email from this 3rd party provider stating I had a balance due. On January 8th my garbage was not picked up. I made 4 attempts to reach Raccoon Refuse to resolve this. They did not answer my phone calls or emails. When my garbage did not pick up on January 14th I had called them 5 times in a row. Finally Morgan answered providing very poor customer service and giving me no direction on how to make a payment over the phone. Clearly a poorly organized refuse company. I immediately contracted a more reputable and dependable refuse company."

However, as time goes on and more food is ground, the grinding plates will slowly lose their edge and need replacing. If you get broken glass in your garbage disposal, turn it off and cut the power from the breaker, use a tool like pliers or tongs to remove the glass, and use a wet-dry vacuum to remove the remaining glass pieces.
