"Howard, thank you for the kind words! We appreciate your patience and the beautiful work done on the your walls. Made for great photos"
"Robert M. [Consumer name withheld at their request] was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was a small issue with it being slick in some spots, and he was patient and let us come back and make it right. We know this is construction work but there are times when you meet a customer and you become so comfortable and appreciative it makes the work so easy it does not feel like a job. Those are the kinds of people you run into you appreciate. Fortunately for us, we have already met more of those people than we would have imagined starting out 5 years ago. Robert M. is at the top of that list. Thank you sir!"
"Wendy, You were so nice to us and we appreciated how easy you made it for us. Two days of surprise rain I thought for sure I would have an orange mess on my hands but I didn't see anything of that sort! Armorseal 1000 is a great product. The gentleman who mixes our epoxy at Sherwin Williams eyes popped out when we told him Raucous Orange and said that would look to bright on a floor. That made us question it BUT after the initial coat I was stunned. We took the pics back to Sherwin Williams and Adam was as well. They are going to put them on their project wall this week haha. Thanks for letting us add something unique to our portfolio!"
"Thanks (c0nsumer name withheld per their request) It means a lot coming from you.! It's. It's not everyday you're you drive by a church on a Wednesday and see that pastor cutting tile on a Thursday evening for his church. You're a class act and we appreciate the kind words and work, you're the best! God bless"
"Thanks Jennifer! It was a pleasure dealing with you. We appreciate the kind words!"
"Thanks so much Denise, you both were so gracious and made everything so easy for us from taking time if your schedules to get us in to working with us on a scheduling delay. We look forward to being of assistance to you in the future!"
"See this slightly different. It is true we did not get started on time on the date we set. We were under the impression a building permit was needed (we were not the builders) but paid for one as well as the additional 18- 48×12in concrete pillars that went with it (and the renting of an auger to do it). We did not ask for compensation. The form went out of square on the end because it bowed during the pour on one side. The form measurement was changed by homeowner day we marked it out. We came back and extended it at no cost to her. We gave her half (250.00) of a restocking fee. We treated her with nothing but respect."
