I was with this company for more than 15 years. I always paid my bill on time and they provided great service over the years. I was just feed up with the increase of there pricing. First came the fuel surcharge, which is a joke. I pay at the pump just like everything else. That’s not my problem, we all live with that issue. If they want to increase the cost, then just do it. Little things like that tend to upset people like me. Then came the document fee. Another thing to upset me. Really over 15 years of being a loyal customer and now you want to be that way. That was my final straw. I’ve since cancelled my service and they even picked up there bucket. I never even ask for my deposit back because I know and have heard from many people that they will not return it. As fare as I’m concerned they can choke on it. What’s really funny is that they have since sent me a bill stating my payment is now over due and they added a 10 dollar late fee. Give me a break that’s funny as h***. They owe me money if anyone owes anyone anything. They other company I hired is much cheaper with no b******* fees. That’s what made me fire them.

My two year contract is up the end of September. I don't know that I have ever received a bill on time. Typically the first thing I get from Tricounty is a late notice. I set up automatic payment at least twice only to get a late notice 3 months later. I actually called one time to make sure it was on auto pay and that the card was good due to getting a new card when the old was expiring. I was assured that payment was being processed and everything would be fine, only to get a late notice a month later. It took over 3 months to get the recycling bin then they rarely picked it up, so everything went in the trash. They don't want to do anything about the billing issues so when the contract is up we are done with Tricounty. Worst trash collection I've ever dealt with. Should get 0 stars.

Overall experience went very well.

They are always on time and really good. They let me have the dumpster for an extended period of time. They sometimes take on additional garbage at no cost. They got the dumpster as close to the basement door which was a big help. Every time I have called they have been helpful to me. Their prices are not so bad.
