"Ross was a pleasure to work with during a large exterior painting project on my house. He provided a detailed contract as to what was to be done, which was helpful for both of us. The job involved painting multiple surfaces including aluminum siding and sofffits, steel window frames, stucco and wood, and he was knowledgeable about how to paint each surface. The painting was neatly done, and he cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. When I pointed out issues, he was quick to correct them. When contacted by text during while off the job, he was quick to reply making our communication easy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or hire him for another job."

"The CertaPro painting crew communicated their schedule before starting and met their schedule, weather permitting. The crew respected our preferred start time each day. Equipment was stored neatly at the end of each day. Our house is covered in Hardy cement board shingles and requires exceptional attention to detail to prevent drips. This complication was handled perfectly and the process was not rushed. The rear of the property required painting at up to 30 feet high from ladders. The crew showed excellent ladder safety practices and took no shortcuts. All of the workers were polite, friendly and diligent. I do not give 5 star ratings unless they are well earned. "STOP-- if your looking for a professional painting contractor, look no further. you just found one. Donald and his crew prepared and painted 2 coats of paint to the exterior of our house. It is a  5 bedroom brick with a lot of wood trim, a rather large job. he started and was finished as per his estimate, there were no " I need more money requests "  as is common with others. also, they sealed and stained a new deck. he is not happy, until you are with his work.no down payments for the job, you pay only when you are happy and they are done. he actually answers the phone, unlike others you call and your call goes straight to voice mail. I would use his company again."

"The work that Zach and Always Perfect Contracting did for us filled us with hope! Being first time homeowners we despaired of ever finding the quality people we needed to do work on our beautiful Victorian Lady.  We had several companies come out and look at our front porch, which was sagging a bit, and had useless, waterfall creating, box gutters. We chose Zach because the repairs he suggested sounded like the best long-term solution. Some of the other contractors' suggestions were simple and quick-fixes (easy for them to do), but would not have given us the results we wanted.
Zach is a busy man, so it took him awhile to get to us, but he kept in good communication with us via email and answered all our questions. Once the work commenced, it went quickly, and we are exceptionally pleased with the results.  Zach matched the look of the rest of our house with new hanging gutters and new porch roof and shingles. It's beautiful! He also took the time to talk with us about some downspout issues we were having and put new downspouts on in such a way that future drain repairs will be easier.
The cost for the work seemed very reasonable considering how much was replaced, and his original estimate was accurate.  We intend to have him do further work on our roof and gutters.

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. The real test for this repair will be when it rains later this week and there is no more leak. I would recommend A + for your future projects."
