He suggested the right place to buy the paint which provided a discount and also paint color and selection advice as well. Henry also discussed the different approaches to the trim. Because so much work was being done, we had questions about access to rooms and cleanup and removal of supplies. Henry explained exactly how the work was going to be done and assured us that everything would be cleaned to perfection. He was right on that. The finished work looked spectacular. The crews arrive on time and work the whole day - do not disappear for hours on end. They spent a lot of time prepping the deck sanding by hand as well as hand taping each metal spindle on the deck! "They were very good / timely with their communication. Initially came by to give me an estimate. Was a little higher than the other estimate I got but they provided a water trailer which the other didn't which was good since we have a well. They came the next day and Power washed the deck and replaced one board that had routed. The next day the theysprayed the deck with Shirwin Williams solid color stain that was mixed to match the stain on the house siding. Did a good job. Would recomend."
