Steve and his crew just replaced our rotted deck and the front porch that had a lot of problems. They did a great job, were here when they said they would be and stayed until the job was done. There were some unseen problems that came up once the old deck was removed and they were able to solve them. The price was more than reasonable and their work was solid and just what we asked for. Would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

I used Lavrich Construction to put in a new Vinyl fence around my house in Plum. Lavrich Construction went beyond my expectations and did a fantastic job, quickly in the middle of winter. Steve worked with me from day one. I had multiple quotes from many local and national companies but Lavrich offered the best deal and the best fence. They completed the job in less than 2 days and did a fantastic job. My neighbors are jealous and my wife is happy!! All in all I would recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence. Professional, local and excellent quality! Could not be happier. I would be happy to be a reference for them or share photos of their work.
