"Manfredia Contractors replaced my outdated patio door in the most efficient and professional manner. I am totally pleased with the installation and plan on using Manfredia again in the future. I would definitely recommend Manfredia’s for any contracting needs."
"The crew at Tedesco Construction were amazing to work with. They did a great job with a high skill level and attention to detail. We are so happy with the outcome of our projects. Apart from the basement remodel we also gutted a bathroom which turned out beautiful. They were also quick to offer good ideas.
Besides being great at their job, the crew is very personable and fun. It really helps when you have people in your house for a longer period of time.
Overall we highly recommend PG Tedesco Construction!"

"Stumps did an incredible job from the initial consultation and estimating process, going through a few rounds of revisions to come up with a final design and budget for our deck. Aaron was a great sales consultant during this process. Once the job started, both the excavation crew and build crew, led by the foreman Kevin, were fantastic. They cleaned up the job site every day and they had a great attention to detail when finishing their work. Eric, our project coordinator, was very responsive through the entire process so we knew the dates and times the crews would be at our house working and when inspections would be done"
"I feel sorry for amyone that had an opportunity to work with this family owned, local business, and wind up using someone else. Ive had an amazing experience with Jay, his brother Serge and the crew that worked on my home for 3 weeks. They have worked closely with my designer and painted the entire home. We also found out that they do carpemtry too and had them do the ceiling trays in the great room. I will be recomending them to all of my family. Terrific job LHI!"
"Jack was excellent to work with and the roof looks great. Once the job was done all trash was removed leaving the front yard with little evidence of the roof installation. The work was also done without my wife or myself having to take any time off from work. I have no complaints about the installation or the roof and would use Caparro Awnings in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their products and services. "
"Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."
To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.
For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.
The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.
Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.
