I highly recommend them for concrete. I had a walkway and step installed. Jose and crew arrived on time and wete very knowledgeable. Rob wrote out a great plan and gave wonderful solutions on how to improve the exisiting area. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was because it was hard for me to get in touch with them via phone to schedule and confirm the job. jose and his team were amazing with their skills and went above and beyond to trouble shoot issues that arouse to resolve them quickly and skillfully. Will definitely hire again.

Company bragged about how good they were and bad mouthed others clients that did not pay timely. Their work was sub-par. After numerous attempts in a 3 month period, we cannot get them to come back and complete the job even though they were paid in full. Was promised after concrete cured, they would be back. Customer service is horrible. Do not recommend them for any concrete work. They poured in rain, color does not match, we have wire pops, horrible finish on control joints.

I received a response from Rob for an estimate on a concrete porch. He promptly replied and gave me a written estimate with a printed diagram showing the proposed work. We discussed the project and came to an agreement on the price. Work was done as expected and I was very satisfied with the completed results. I highly recommend Coulter systems for quality concrete work.

I had my basement waterproofed. However, it still leaks. I have reached out to them several times -no one is calling me back. I am willing to change my rating if they fix the problem!

We had issues with water pooling every time it rained. Rob came over to survey the land and he was very friendly and professional. After he drawing up the plan and emailing us an estimate, his team came over shortly once the weather was dry enough to work. The job was finished in 2 days! Beautiful job!

We spent a lot of money with this company. Like I stated before, after much **back and forth**, we finally got what we were asking for. It is a shame that they do not honor their warranty. We have not gotten a callback nor have they attempted to fix our issues and concerns with the work they provided. Be very careful with this company.

I had a whole basement French drain system installed by Coulter in 2006. It is now 2020 and it has worked perfectly. There have been a few times over the years I called Coulter to ask questions, and to seek guidance. Both Rob and his son are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, and they do excellent work. They happen to be extremely nice and professional as well. What more could you ask for?

They stand by their lifetime warranty. I did not hire them, I but bought a home and they came out more than once to do repairs at no charge because they honored the warranty transferred from the previous owner to me.
