"We worked with designer Jane. She was so nice and patient. We met several times while finalizing the design and she revised the design many times to meet our satisfaction. She also came on site multiple times in hot weather to measure the space. The space looked great after the installation work. We liked how we made the best use of the space. The only complaint is that when we got closer to the installation day, there was no communication of what time the workers might show up. We called and left a voice mail the day before, but didn't hear back. On the day of installation, we got a text message around 6am saying the workers would arrive around 7am. We of course missed the text message and were still asleep when the workers showed up. I am sharing this because they did a great job otherwise and hope they can work on this small detail to improve customer experience. Overall, I highly recommend them to my friends and will choose to work with them again."
