They came a set a trap, charged me $500, and never returned to check it for 2 months. They wouldn't even return my calls. Catch Them Critterz came out when they said would and caught the squirrel in 2 days. They followed up every day to make sure there were no more squirrels in the soffit before closing the entry hole.
