The owner Derrick was VERY ACCOMMODATING for us, he actually came on a Saturday to take measurements, and he was able to fit us in the same week for the preparation work and install. For the Pocono area this is very impressive and his company should get the best business of the year award! Price was very reasonable and Derrick really knows his business. He took the time to answer all of our questions even after working hours. Derrick arrived when scheduled and did all of the work without incident. I had a carpet order as well but for some reason that installation was scheduled with the floors, so i had to follow up and finally scheduled it. Normally they contact you with the date and time but now one did. So it was good that i called because they had me scheduled on a random weekday and no one would have been home."
