Kitchen light replaced and ceiling repainted, floor tiles replaced. All of this work was at 2 different houses I own. "The employee got lost on his way to my house, and he showed up one hour late. He was very nice, though, and called to let me know that he was on his way. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well."

We have had long standing problems with water getting in, and they made special effort to obtain and use a commercial-grade caulk we wanted for the base of the wall."
