I am licenced in pa.as a contractor. My # is 055911. Each job is priced seperately. Bigger projects by contract. I can work on smaller jobs by an hourly rate usually $45.00. I carry $2,000,000 liability insurance. (that i have never used). I have never been sued or brought to court. I have alot of repeat customers which speaks for itself. I think of myself as a honest man who just wants to provide a good quality service to people who need someone they can trust with their biggest investment. Their home! I have lived in ireland england and the u.s.a. And have worked in the construction indusrty in all three countries. I have a degree in drafting helpful in instalations and design changes. I belive that the customer is always right!!! I do all and any work that comes my way. Not too proud to do small jobs. You never know where it will leadto. I wanted to remove the old tile so that I could have an even transition from kitchen to dining room. It was a big job to take out all the old plywood. They did a good job of keeping the dust to a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves on each of the 5 days. I am pleased with the flooring and installation. I would highly recommend Young Brothers. I have other floors that could be updated, and I would absolutely use them again. They had a lot of choices in flooring, make, and colors. I went with something that looked like wood and would match the wooden floors I had in the dining room."

From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs.
