He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. Basement Gurus was comparable in both value and price to the others but we ultimately chose BG because of the salesman, Philip, who made us feel safe and taken care of like family. He walked us through everything so we knew exactly what to expect. The staff that showed up were so kind. They did a great job and kept us informed throughout the process. They had an opening a week sooner than our scheduled date so was able to complete the project sooner than expected. They cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't even tell that concrete was hauled out and all the work that was put in. There have been several heavy rainfalls since the install and our basement is completely dry. Calling BG was the best decision."
