"Roof replaced in one day. Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. This was the only company that recommended we contact the insurance company because of roof damage found on their inspection, thereby saving us about 75% out of pocket (never would have thought to contact the house insurer otherwise)."

"This project was for a roof on a backyard gazebo. I was considering doing the roof myself, but decided I really needed a pro so I contacted Jesse. His work was excellent, and the finished product turned out far better than I had imagined. I highly recommend his company."

"I have a difficult Mansard Roof. Over the past 6 months I could not get 1 roofer to do this insurance Job. Mike Dipani and Ed came and told me they would handle all insurance and get me a new roof. They were true to their word, I received additional insurance funds, their crew showed up exactly the day they stated, did an absolutely beautiful job, They were awesome. True contractors who cared about my situation. The roof is now on and insurance paperwork complete. I can?t say enough about the burden they lifted from my shoulders Go Team Build Rite!!!! You won?t be disappointed."

The best materials include stainless steel, copper, or aluminum that fit tightly or are custom fabricated for a perfect fit on your chimney.

In most cases, no, roofers won’t need to come inside. Some reasons roofers may need to come inside are to assess ventilation. inspect roof leaks, or check for any structural concerns.

Unfortunately, there’s no definitive answer to this question, but the wind rating of your shingles will give you a good idea of what wind speeds can damage your roof. If you’re concerned about damage, inspect your roof following windy conditions to look for signs of wind damage to your shingles. When in doubt, consider hiring a professional who fixes roofs to carry out an expert inspection. Remember that hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornadoes are likely to cause the most damage, but even severe thunderstorms can bring winds that compromise your roofing system.

Technically speaking, yes, verbal agreements and “handshake deals” can be legally binding contracts that will hold up in court, but the suing party will need to be able to prove that the parties entered into the contract. Even though verbal and handshake deals can be binding, it’s risky to rely on these types of agreements for anything, including roofing projects. Always aim to get your contract in writing, and make sure it includes all terms and that you don’t agree to additional terms that don’t appear in the contract.

The most obvious and severe sign of a roof leak is the presence of wet spots on your ceilings, specifically on the top floor of your home. You can also identify a roof leak from your attic if you see sagging insulation or if you notice mold growth or water stains on the rafters or the underside of the roof deck. From the street, look for cracked or missing shingles, moss growth, and shingles that are curling upward, all of which can suggest a leak.
