We cannot say enough great things about Eastern Roofing. Eric was our pro, and his communication and helpfulness were amazing. The siding project went exactly as planned, and our house looks brand new. Eastern installed board & batten siding to highlight some of the vertical aspects of our home. On time, and solid work.

Roof replaced in one day. Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. This was the only company that recommended we contact the insurance company because of roof damage found on their inspection, thereby saving us about 75% out of pocket (never would have thought to contact the house insurer otherwise).

These guys did an awesome job. I am referring them to all my friends. They showed up when they were supposed to. Very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The project was completed for beyond my expectations. They paid attention to detail. the cost was so reasonable. I have never had a better experience with any home-improvement company like I did with eastern.

The customer service provided by Eastern is second to none. From the first day you call for services until the day your project is completed you will feel like you are their only customer . Their project managers have no problem helping you navigate through insurance claims and ensuring you are getting a fair deal from your insurance company . They do not have to do this as they are getting paid the same amount regardless of insurance payment but their mission is to ensure the customer receives the reimbursement deserved. Our roof was complete in one day . The workers were wonderful on every level from expertise , to respect , and most noticeable even from afar is their hard working nature . Eastern’s standard warranty speaks to the quality of their work. Their warranty is so comprehensive that they would be out of business if their work was anything less than perfect. Thank you Eastern for giving is piece of mind and a beautiful roof ❤️

I was very pleased with their service, very efficient and did quality work. They also cleaned up the area, took off all the debris away and follow up on any issues that I have.

Sent a "supervisor " to measure roof. Supervisor not in office for days obviously the measurements could have been called into office. After 2-3 weeks called my contact there (this was on 11/13/09 my bad luck I guess) he "must have stepped away" I was told and I left a message for him to call me. No response. On Saturday 11/14/09 I received a wriitten estimate estimate dated 11/8/09 and signed my their general manager on 11/9/09 AND GOOD FOR 60 DAYS . The envelope was postmarked 11/9/09. Five days for mail from Moscow PA to Scranton?? Emailed my contact over the weekend because my request for a solar roof blanket wasn't included & reiterated I wanted the work done before winter and received a response (on 11/16/09 the first business day after receipt of estimate) that they wouldn't be able to do the job as they were fully booked. Called for the General Manager was told he wasn't available and was told by his administrative assistant that "things change". I said "the very next business day" & requested call from GM . NO CALL received on 11/16/09 and guess I won't hear from them . Documentation (estimate and email response) available. Had the audacity in their email response on 11/16/09 to say that "hopefully we'll be able to do business in the future". My response was civil but terse informing them that I doubted it.
