"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

And when he started the work, he kept me posted -- constantly kept in touch with me. When the work was finished, it was excellent. I was very happy. I'm actually contacting him again for another work at my house. I recommend him highly."

"This would take an entire book to write how awful the job was done and never completed. This all started in July of 2024 and here we are in April of 2025. Troy and Lisa aka Mike only arrived for 2 hours on 4 different occasions. They had every excuse in the book not to show up family members passing away, stuck in traffic so turned around and weren't coming, they were sick etc. The door they ordered for the delay in September was damaged but would exchange it for a new one. I never saw the door. There is wall paint on the trim and trim paint on the walls. They never did a second coat in any of the rooms. I had to reach out to them over and over again just to get a response. They were always going to call the following morning never did. They walked in the paint and ruined the Master bedroom carpet. They were supposed to hang the ceiling fan and that took forever that was the most time they were here because they had NO clue what to do. They were supposed to do a walk through and that never happened and blamed Sherman Williams. It was lie after lie. I just received a text last week stating they would call the following day and no answer to my text and never called! This is a total scam. Sherman Williams even verified it takes 4 hours for 1 coat to dry well they claimed they did 4 coats and not 2 were even done. They were only in each room for approximately 1 hr. Didn't even finish the job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never received the door or the paint the following day as promised to do the so called touch ups, which in reality a second coat needed to be done. So off to court I go. Oh, and the 5 star reviews be careful because they write them not customers."

"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

"Do not hire this business for anything. The company is not trust worthy and will take you money and not think twice about making things right. After a 2 hour court ordeal and winning in court 3 times I am still waiting for a refund of a deposit of $3,000.00 that is owed to me. The courts ordered Lehigh Patio Room to return a deposit that was paid in March 2023, and still today I am waiting for the return of the deposit. The owner has refused to refund my deposit even after it being court ordered by the courts. Do not sign any contract with this company and give any deposits as you will truly regret it. Lehigh Patio Room has consistently lied in court under oath, to the Better Business Bureau and even to the Attorney Generals Office and has been found liable and guilty of all the above yet continues to refuse to refund the deposit awarded by the courts. A true nightmare. Stay away from this business. "

"Wlhat a great experience. I was researching granite and quartz counter tops and was getting frustrated with the price and poor customer service in my area. I then stumbled upon Alliance Granite and Quartz and was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. I drove up to see their quartz counter tops and they were beautiful. The price was less expensive than any other quote I had received up until then. Two days later they measured my counter tops and two days after that they were installed. The entire process was a breeze. From ordering the quartz to the installation, Alliance was truly a delight."
