"When I first called mold test company they was friendly and very concerned about my issue a inspector came out did the air testing looked very professional and acted very professional I&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;ll get a call a few days later saying that the test went wrong and that they was going to mail me a asbestos kit out so I can do the testing and send it back to them they wouldn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t come back out to retest that&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s wasn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t fair to me that is not what I paid for $469 for them check to come out to make sure that my air is clean so I can have my carpets laid down by empire now I&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;m still waiting and they asking me to do the testing and that is very unfair to me that is not the services I pay for I did not make that mistake the company did that and that wasn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t my problem I&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;m very disappointed with this company they haven&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t render the services that I paid for I shouldn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t have to do no testing they should have came back out and retested and it would have been no problem so far as that part that was the problem I have with this company they made a mistake and they want to make it inconvenient for me because they didn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t want to send somebody back out. And if they talk to me I&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;m probably wouldn&amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;t conversated them for the time but they talk to like it was fault"

This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
