"Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain."

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. "This company was awesome to work with. All of the guys doing the work were super polite and respectful. All easy going and willing to help however they could. I had some tile replaced in my basement in front of my fireplace and it came out looking amazing. They also did some demo to remove old paneling and put up new plasterboard and did a texture plaster job on the walls. It came out looking absolutely incredible! Also as part of the project I needed to have low dust and not a lot of mess since I have some pets and a young child. They accommodated in spades and did a really good job. 10 of 10 will hire again."

"They were friendly and thorough. I heard from them immediately, scheduled with them within a week and they completed the work in less than 8 hours (and tidied up as they worked!). I had many household outlets that needed repaired or replaced as well as repair to improper wiring to my sump pump.
