The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. "I called Zack and he said he would be happy to look at it, and he would call me the following week when his schedule allowed. He called and set up a time. He came out, looked at the problem, cleaned the gutters, and installed a filter on the front problem area. He said that the reason it would stay fixed was because of the trees near that part of the gutter/downspout area. The sticks and leaves thrown by the sycamore particularly were causing a blockage. The filter sits in the downspout and sticks up a bit so the twigs don't catch the leaves so much. The diagnosis appears to have been right! The last two rains there has been no spattering or erosion! He arrived on time, did a great diagnosis that was remedied immediately and cleaned the gutters...all done, solved."

Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job.
