"The HVAC Guys LLC never repaired our furnace (like they were supposed to), so our heating is still not working properly. For some reason, they also took away our hot water, electricity throughout most of our home, and left us with very low water pressure. When I phoned to tell them that we were worse off after their visit, the guy lied about everything, even though my husband was watching him. They even made up dramatic excuses as to why our house is now in this state. There was zero talk about returning to fix their mistakes, so that we could shower, do dishes, or even be able to see during evening hours. I have never seen a company with such horrible customer service, lack of communication skills, and no knowledge of the trade. A professional business would acknowledge their wrongdoings, and immediately return to the residence, fixing the issue(s). The HVAC Guys LLC completely bailed on us! If I could leave negative stars for this review rating, I would."
