Norm with All Around Maintenance Man is a professional. He removed a rotten floor, replaced the boards with new wood. The disposal of the old materials was my responsibility. He lied about the times he was working at the house, and the materials he used. He never replaced the floor and charged us for removing of the old floor even though we had to throw out the materials ourselves. He just talked about getting drunk all of the time and was not professional. Finally he talked down to my girlfriend as was very disrespectful. He refused to give us his business contact information when asked. He fired another contractor to come in and charge for the same services he provided himself.
