"The technicians were very quick and professional. The mitigation system install did not take long at all. They didn’t bother to seal off the sump pump cover so radon continued to come into the house. The techs brought up the fact that my sump pump cover would need seals off while they were here the first time but didn’t do anything for it. Now need another appointment for them to come look at it again and see what the next steps will be. Still cannot safely spend time within my finished basement and next appointment is well beyond a week away."

He showed me problem areas, explained why they were a problem, and suggested how to fix them. He also reviewed maintenance of things like the boiler and air conditioning. His report arrived on the day he said it would be complete. When he returned in a few days to pick up the radon test he also completed a portion of the inspection of the roof that he couldn't do initially because of snow. His report reflected everything we had talked about and did include the home maintenance points as well. And the report is easy to understand. He confirmed for me that I was getting a good, solid house and that the things that need to be fixed are manageable."
