Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

The first installers workmanship was completely awful, gaps, leaks, broken pieces etc. 2nd was better but still left with a leak into floor below, returned again and fixed it but doors still aren't right and he admitted the frame wasn't level and plumb but didn't fix it. "I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. While the quality of the material purchased to do the porch was very good, their attention to detail was quite lacking. There was never any trim put around the base of the porch, the holes were not even filled in properly where the concrete piers were placed. The roof repair, which was supposed to be done, consisted of adding several 90° elbows to each of the roof vents, which did seem to fix the issue, but the $1,000 charge for that is a little excessive. The last little bit was the relocation of an outdoor water faucet, which appears to have been done, at least from the outside, but none of the plumbing was ever done inside to hook up that attachment, so it is nothing more than decorative at this point. I feel like I was excessively overcharged for some of this work and some of the work was never even completed."
