Process went great.

Very quick for the estimate, which originally included my Painting and also Power Washing and Staining my Deck. The owner revised my estimate quickly when I asked him to remove the deck from the proposal.

They came out the day before to prep the area and were able to finish most of the work.  I was unable to have anyone at the house that day to allow the front door to remain open to dry.  They came back the following week to paint the front door.

everything cme out great and I would definitely hire them the next time that I need painting done.

"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. "They were great. Very communicative on arrival time, with quotes, with invoicing, and did all services exactly as they said they would and as good as we hoped. They were conscientious in their work, not finishing until it was exactly right...in fact they came back again to touch up some of the deck knowing they needed a certain spot to dry longer.
