"Juan had his crew come out and do the work.  We had water damage from water heater failure.  They did a great job repairing drywall, repairing base boards, and painting.  They worked with me on the schedule.  They kept area clean.  Would definitely use again.

"All rooms were done to perfection.   Ceilings in our 45 year old house look brand new.   Molding is perfect.
Garage is above our expectations... all walls were completely repaired.   I think this even took more time that Joe may have estimated.  
They are perfectionists.   It is as if they are painting and repairing their own homes.
Joe answered all of our questions in a very timely manner.  Great communicator.   All estimates were in writing.  
As the work was being completed, he would give us a summary each day.

It went great!!   For the estimate they worked around my schedule.  I knew how I wanted the deck to look but that was it. Lew was great in helping me decide all the details. The work was done in a few days and all the workers were very polite and helpful  with any questions I had along the way. I now have a gorgeous deck from the back of my house with new sliding doors up to my pool that has a locking gate for the safety of my children. They did a fantastic job!!

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

"I called and was able to quickly get an estimate and get the work scheduled right away. This was important as I was selling my house and needed to get the work done. The work to the structure under the porch was top notch and done quickly. The initial repairs done on the old windows was not done in a quality manner. But when I took photos and sent them to Luis he had someone out to fix the problems the very next day. In the end, the job done on the windows was acceptable, given the time constraints they were under. I would have like a little better quality on the windows, but as I said it was acceptable."

"we had a challenging job- a cedar split level 2 to 3 story home on a hill side.
-a chimney that had flaking off stucco on the top
-natural finished garage doors that was faded and chipped
-a small bathroom with wallpaper - the wall paper turned out to be extremely difficult to remove (an experienced painted took two days just to remove the wall paper, then had to resurface the walls..
the crew was excellent- showed up every morning early, kept us informed of the plans for the day, and worked late. the job was finished in just over a week- and no hidden costs. 
Altogether quite pleased with the work.
