He was very prompt, quickly stopped by to look at the problem and available siding pieces, sent me a very reasonable proposal for the job and did the repairs during the break between Christmas and New Year. It's a small job, and I was very skeptical that Paul would handle it right away, but he did fix everything and even repaired another damage to the siding free of charge!
