He talked me through the process of gutting my bathroom in my little 100 yr old house. He gave several suggested model ideas and helped me maneuver through the best choices for me. My bathroom was completed in just over 4 days. Derek and his team, Joe and Mitch, installed a new walk in shower, replaced walls, all new fixtures, new sink, new floor, and new paint. Derek and his team were strictly professional, easy to talk with, answering all my questions and on time everyday. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
