"I called Ed on a Sunday and heard back first thing on Monday morning. He was able to fit me in that Friday, the morning after I had some pretty messy roommates move out. Ed and Karen were really friendly and quick! They were thorough and made my place look newer than when I first bought it a few months ago. I had to work from home that day but never felt like I was in the way, and felt comfortable trusting them in my space if I needed to leave the house. The floors are shining beautifully, and my ugly kitchen floors actually look nice now! The oven is spotless and they even cleaned the space between the oven and cabinetry, which is always a pain for me to get to. I did notice a few dust bunnies still roaming around the living room after they left, and the couch didn't seem to get cleaned underneath or behind. I missed that during our walk through otherwise I would have asked. All in all, exceptional work and they were done in just a couple of hours. Definitely going to be calling them again in the future!"

"Our close friends sold their home and needed a move out cleaning. They had contacted Christine and set a date but they had already left town so I coordinated the cleaning details. Christine and her crew came on the date time they promised. The home had some heavy cleaning issues ie bathroom shower/tub. They cleaned out all of the cabinets in the large home vacuumed, floors, washer dryer, frig and all hard wood floors. I came back when they had completed the job and the house was immaculate. They gave me an itemized stAtement to forward to our friends. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, attention to detail and sense of caring about a job well done. "It turned out really well. They were ready to work when they got here, they got all the supplies they needed, and they asked me what I wanted and what my priorities were. They did not just walk in and make that decision but they asked me what mine was; they were very polite. They worked the whole time they were here and when I inspected their work when they got done, I was quite pleased with it. They left promptly on time; I had given them a list of things to do which was longer than they could have time to do but what they did was excellent. They did not assume what to use on my bamboo floors; I told them that it was only hot water and they re-verified when they got ready to do those floors that it was just hot water so they would not be using any soap. I paid $87 for their service gave them a $20 tip when they got done."
