I am a full time Principal Real Estate Broker with many years of sales, marketing and negotiation experience in the Tri-County area. My career has been built on the foundation of high ethical standards and the advanced training provided by Windermere. I have also pursued advanced training in my field and received awards for my sales volume and service. I hold many professional designations and also serve as an Executive Director for the Premier Properties division of Windermere, which focuses on luxury properties. I tailor my service to my client's personality, needs, wants and circumstances. It's all about having a successful and happy ending and to get there, you have to listen, adjust and perform. My commitment is to guide you through an exceptional and favorable buying or selling experience. Let's get started!

"Sohee was excellent to work with in selling our Happy Valley home. Sohee has an Operations Manager, Lauren, who is “On it!". Once we had put our full faith in Sohee and Lauren to sell our home, and followed their advice verbatim, we found time which allowed us to breath in between our busy work schedules and packing. Together, these two professionals pack a one-two punch! They were very responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. We never felt as if “They aren’t available to us…” They were ALWAYS available to us! How refreshing! Lauren organized a full assortment of vendors (a handyman to fix things, carpet stretching, staging consultants, house cleaners, etc.) for us to interview - (a real time saver!) and worked to keep us informed of what we needed to do and when. And when it came time to negotiate the sale, we stood back and let Sohee work her magic. She is a truly gifted negotiator with years of experience and deep insight into the market. I am so glad she was on our team! Looking back on the process and time spent with them, we feel like we accomplished a great deal - with limited stress to our budget- largely due to Sohee and Lauren. If you are looking for a Team that really cares about the clients’ needs and really listens, look no further! Thank you Sohee and Lauren!"

"Totally unprofessional. They showed little interest in doing a good job. Cutting the tile was done at the open garage door. The garage and most of the house ended up completely covered with a heavy layer of dust. The water was lukewarm when they installed the new faucet; upon realizing there wasn't enough of the color matching caulk they simply left it unfinished rather than getting me to buy more as soon as they saw this; We had to repeatedly call them to come and finish the job. Obviously I fell for his friendly manner and paid before the job was totally finished."

The average size of a pool house is between 180 and 220 square feet. Small pool sheds may only be 25 to 50 square feet, while luxury pool houses you can use as a guest house can sit between 200 and 400 square feet. Consider what you’ll use the space for and how much of your yard it will take up when deciding on the right size for your project.

In-law suite floor plans almost always include at least one bedroom, a bathroom, and a combination kitchen/living room area or separate spaces for the kitchen and living room. Larger in-law suites built in accessory dwelling units separate from your main structure can feature multiple bedrooms, dining rooms, and entertainment rooms in addition to the necessities.

In the U.S., original and converted carriage houses are most often found in New England, New York, and other parts of the Northeast. New construction carriage houses can be found across the country, and are often added to properties with Colonial-style homes for additional living, storage, or work space, although they can be found in many different styles.

A carriage house combines garage or storage space with living space, usually in two stories, while a garage generally does not offer any living space. Carriage houses are built with plumbing, insulation, and heating and cooling systems, which are usually features not found in traditional garages. Building codes and insurance requirements greatly differ between the two types of structures, and may make it difficult to convert a garage to a carriage house.

Yes, a garage apartment is generally considered a valuable asset as long as the new structure has been legally built. It's important to weigh the cost to build a garage with an apartment against the cost to convert a garage to living space if you already have a garage.
