Columbia Homes Northwest Inc

We purchased our new Columbia Homes Northwest home during a time when the market was flooded with short sales and foreclosures. We considered a lot of other options, before we found Columbia Homes Northwest. The quality of the homes, friendliness of the staff, and the ability to customize the options and floor plan on a lot of our choice was too good to pass up.
The budget was a concern for us. Greg went above and beyond to fit our needs into our budget. Jason met with me several times during the process out in the field. We really felt like we were a big part of the process.
When you decide to take on a endeavor as large as building a home, you're really excited. You hope that the builder shares your enthusiasm and is willing to partner with you and share in the journey. We found that partner in Columbia Homes Northwest. From the first day we met they have been great with sharing their experience and guiding my family through the process. I can't say enough about how much fun it has been watching the evolution of our dream house from an idea to a reality. We owe it all to Columbia Homes Northwest.

They were fantastic. They did a great job for the price.

When we choose our floor plan we then had to go through a list of options. Greg helped us narrow the list down to the things that were most important to us and we were able to have all the things we wanted without feeling we sacrificed in order to get the price down. The house appraised for the full value which is tough in this economy.

As for do's..
Don't be afraid to ask for what you want and to express what is most important to you.
Be flexible enough to know that you may not be able to afford everything but that doesn't mean you are sacrificing quality with this builder.

As for don'ts..

I wouldn't go with any other builder if you want to live in a great house!
