The folks working for Centex did a great job and continue too be helpful as we move through a 6 month process of having our home built. While their homes are not custom, they offer excellent options within about 8 plans that can be personalized by the owner.

THERE WERE A NUMBER OF MAJOR ERRORS MADE ON OUR HOME THAT CONTRIBUTED TO ME GIVING THE C GRADE. ADDITIONALLY, THE HOMES ARE ADVERTISED AT WHAT SEEMS TO BE A GOOD DOLLAR VALUE FOR THE HOME, BUT WHAT WE DISCOVERED LATER IS THAT THE PLUMBING AND WATER HEATER SO FAR ARE OF INFERIOR QUALITY. IT HAS BEEN JUST A YEAR AND OUR WATER HEATER IS GOING OUT. I AM WORRIED ABOUT WHAT ELSE COULD BE OF INFERIOR QUALITY.
