Totally unprofessional. They showed little interest in doing a good job. Cutting the tile was done at the open garage door. The garage and most of the house ended up completely covered with a heavy layer of dust. The water was lukewarm when they installed the new faucet; upon realizing there wasn't enough of the color matching caulk they simply left it unfinished rather than getting me to buy more as soon as they saw this; We had to repeatedly call them to come and finish the job. Obviously I fell for his friendly manner and paid before the job was totally finished.
