"They called at 8:30am to say they would be there in a little more than half an hour.  They arrived around 9:15am.  It was two younger men and they started taping and draping immediately.  Their supervisor arrived half and hour later and checked that everything was prepared and then they all three started painting.  The supervisor only stayed an hour or so but asked me to call if I that ANY concerns.  He expressed that the business had been a bit overwhelmed by the coupon and that his quality and reviews were not up to his satisfaction but that he was working hard to correct any problems.  He said that I would be happy with the paint job or that he would come back and do it over himself until I was happy.  The two young men were polite, diligent and respectful of my family and my carpet/furniture (no paint speckles!).  I appreciated their willingness to paint an awkward space (the 20 foot entry hall starting from the top and down until they ran out of time) and especially appreciated that they stayed a little longer to paint down to the height that I could easily reach to finish the job myself.
I am thrilled to have finally gotten that entry painted.  Something I have wanted to do for years.  Excellent value for the $."
