"New floors look great and they did well even with having to put in an inferior hardwood product - “seconds” which I didn’t know when I purchased. Oak with an unusual finish I love though was challenging to install because not uniform. I have electric now for pendant lighting over an eating bar, and they changed my fixture in dining room. Well done!"

"Stephen did a great job. The caulking nice and neat. We did a lot of detective work trying to determine how/why moisture might be getting under some floorboards on a lower floor. The damage is most likely a delayed reaction to a flooding episode a while ago. But in the meantime, Stephen fixed a gutter, dug some trenches, jacked up a support beam, and extended a discharge pipe. He's great at explaining what he's doing and seems to actually enjoy trying to figure out mysterious issues!"
