There was no nickel and dime act going on; Zach only called to provide updates and to report real problems (he even sent photos etc to verify). We are so happy with 323 Construction that we hired them again to put on a deck, fix up the shop and remodel the outside of the house. We will continue to rely on 323 Construction for all our future construction projects. Since 323 Construction can also manage landscaping, tree work, road work, septic and practically any project we have planned, it's super helpful to basically have a one-stop shop for everything we need that is house or property-related. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
