There was no nickel and dime act going on; Zach only called to provide updates and to report real problems (he even sent photos etc to verify). We are so happy with 323 Construction that we hired them again to put on a deck, fix up the shop and remodel the outside of the house. We will continue to rely on 323 Construction for all our future construction projects. Since 323 Construction can also manage landscaping, tree work, road work, septic and practically any project we have planned, it's super helpful to basically have a one-stop shop for everything we need that is house or property-related. We end up paying 323 the same or less to have another contractor come in, with the security of knowing that someone with Zach's experience is managing the project and providing expert oversight. Oak with an unusual finish I love though was challenging to install because not uniform. I have electric now for pendant lighting over an eating bar, and they changed my fixture in dining room.
