It is currently run by himself and his fiance Nichole. We grew up in Hillsboro and still live near where Nolan went to Hillsboro High School. Nolan went to college on a baseball scholarship in California & ultimately graduated from Portland State University with a Batchelors Degree. Needing to work, Nolan took a position installing wood & tile flooring. After learning the trade & discovering a talent for it, he started McInnis Construction, LLC in 2013. The company is named for his grandfather, whom Nolan was especially close to growing up.
