We have been enjoying our newly refinished floor for over a month, and each day we recognize what a lovely job Bill's crew (Terry & Joe) did in refinishing our hardwood floors with a Swedish finish. Our kitchen floor was looking pretty bad even though they weren't that old (we think the former installer didn't do such a good job). Contacted WHF and, while we were on vacation, they refinished the floor and it looks new again! Thanks so much WHF!

I had a great experience with Bill and his crew at Willamette Hardwood Floors! I called with a very narrow window of time--I had just bought a house and had only a month until my move. The floor finish dated to 1958 and was in very worn, beat-up condition. Bill exercised ingenuity to fit me into the schedule. Bill talked me out of gloss or satin finish and out of using the red tint the original finishers used. I'm grateful for his professional eye, because those floors look stunning, and perfect for this mid-century house. The job, about 700 sf of flooring, was completed in just three days. When I came back and saw it, I was blown away by how beautiful it looked--the old tinted finish hid the beauty of the wood, a red/white oak mix. Terry and Joe who did the work on site were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They went through the house with me, identified issues and areas needing repair and asked how I'd like them dealt with. I appreciated that they didn't make any assumptions. I have to give extra points for how careful they were in here and how clean the place was when I came back. A stranger walking in would never have known they were here. The floors have received a lot of compliments. I highly recommend this company and the people who work there.

Our hardwood floors were in horrible shape and we were not at all sure that they could be improved very much. But in the end we were VERY impressed with the work that was done and how professional and hard working Terry and Joe were. Hired Willamette Hardwood Floors to install oak into our Livingroom, dining area and hallways; and to refinish our existing kitchen floor. They did an amazing job and we love our new floor! I definitely recommend them.

I wanted Bamboo because had Bamboo in kitchen and entry that is connected to dining room. It was very difficult to find Bamboo. Bill Daun worked really hard to find Bamboo for me. He did find enough to do the floor. I was very impressed with the man who did the install. He was considerate of the dust and made sure we knew through the whole process what he was doing. It is beautiful.

I can highly recommend them. They refinished my living room and added red oak to my hallway to match. Itâ  s beautiful and I am very happy to give them a 5-star rating.

Quoted promptly and fairly; job started on time, finished on time. Floor refinishing is a disruptive job for homeowners but Richard, our technician, made it as painless as possible for us! The quality of the job was flawless.

Bill and his team were great to work with, especially during the COVID crisis. They were professional and reliable and they do amazing work!

It takes integrity to NOT take a job. Another floor refinishing company quoted 6k to refinish my 100 year old fir floors. Bill turned down the job- explained that doing so will decrease the strength of the tongue/groove connection. I recommend this company because they have professional knowledge needed when you have heirloom property. I’ll certainly keep Willamette Hardwood Floors in mind for future jobs.

I would strongly recommend Willamette Hardwood Floors. From bid to final product I was really pleased with the work they did and the price they charged me for the job. At one point I was thinking about doing it myself, but I am glad I didnâ  t. Their work was flawless and the materials they used were like nothing I could find in the big box stores. The room is a show piece.
