"Gloria is an honest and a good communicator. There were special jobs like restaining and varnishing our wall paneling, hanging our drapes, and she oversees projects that we need done on our house. She assisted us as a personal assistant, giving tours to prospective tenants, making sure that workers do a good job on different projects, and providing good oversight of her workers in cleaning and other types of work projects that we need, making sure they are done well or redone if necessary. She communicates well, is an honest person, and has provided us great service. We intend to for any future needs. We highly recommend her."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Fair price, very prompt both in communications and service, pleasant to deal with, overall good job.  Got the wrinkles out of a family room, although it took awhile and I didn't really get the feeling this was an area of expertise.  Small patch job was adequate, but not invisible--again, didn't seem like their specialty.  But, for carpet cleaning, I will use them again."

"Very professional and personable. Very careful of flooring and other household structures."

"Good job on cleaning the carpet and stairs"

"It went very well. The appointment was made within the week, the repair guy showed up on tim and finished all the repairs successfully in less than an hour! Cabinet looks great and the recliner works again!"
