"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Fair price, very prompt both in communications and service, pleasant to deal with, overall good job.  Got the wrinkles out of a family room, although it took awhile and I didn't really get the feeling this was an area of expertise.  Small patch job was adequate, but not invisible--again, didn't seem like their specialty.  But, for carpet cleaning, I will use them again."

"Very professional and personable. Very careful of flooring and other household structures."

"It went very well. The appointment was made within the week, the repair guy showed up on tim and finished all the repairs successfully in less than an hour! Cabinet looks great and the recliner works again!"

"Tiffany is phenomenal. She is professional and personable. She worked at a furious pace from the moment she walked in the door, until she was done. I can not say enough good things about her. We have now set up a weekly cleaning."

"Dereck is great to work with.  Does a wonderful job.  He has the latest "green" products and  the carpets look amazing.
He cleans my daughters carpets too.
We Highly reccommend him..
