He talked me through the process of gutting my bathroom in my little 100 yr old house. He gave several suggested model ideas and helped me maneuver through the best choices for me. My bathroom was completed in just over 4 days. Derek and his team, Joe and Mitch, installed a new walk in shower, replaced walls, all new fixtures, new sink, new floor, and new paint. Derek and his team were strictly professional, easy to talk with, answering all my questions and on time everyday. They kept communication open between themselves and me, always asking questions about what â I wantedâ and how it would be done. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
