I selected a higher option than the one I originally purchased. Alex started to work, and the electricity in the entire neighborhood went out. Even though our home is darker than most due to the many trees on our property, we agreed that he could continue. Alex worked very diligently and did a thorough job cleaning all carpets throughout the house--seven rooms. There were several heavily soiled areas, to which he gave special attention. The carpets looked better than they have in quite some time! After the lights came on, there were just a few very small spots that remain, but I plan to use the bottle of cleaner that he left me and see if that removes them. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to friends

He said my carpets still had 90% wear to go which I didn't know and appreciate hearing. He cleaned my recliner and my family room, hall and two bedrooms in under an hour including putting a protectant on my rug and recliner. My whole house smells great and my rugs look like new. Scott was very professional and nice too. He told me the one room I wanted done didn't need it and that an hours other bedroom needed it more which I was more than happy to change rooms to be cleaned. He said it would take 4 hrs to dry and I am sure it will dry in the time frame he gave me. I gave him a good tip when he was done which he said he really appreciated. I normally do not tip that amount but he definitely earned it. When I called to make the appointment the staff was wonderful. I called to reschedule 3 times and was still treated like a valued customer. I would really recommend Benchmark to all my friends.
