"Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people. I am so lucky that I was able to connect with him. I will hire him anytime I have a project to do. I know it will be done right and I will be very, very happy"

Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. I was completely surprised to read the recent review regarding the quality of work done by Aylwin Construction at a local condominium. Hood, new gutter systems, and full roof replacements and repairs. Multi-million-dollar Multi-Family jobs have been completed Professionally and on time without fail. Aylwin their own fleet of dumpsters and roof cranes that protect the property, speed up projects, and reduce on-the-job injuries. "They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"

"We did our due diligence and received several quotes from local roofers. Orezona was a referral from a friend who is a realtor and she was right. Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week. Orezona showed up on time, cleaned up each day, had courteous workers, and stayed within their estimate! I couldn't be more pleased with this company."

"Jan. 27, 2025 I paid Mario $85 to pull some weeds at my mobile home (that was basically edge work, because i have an outdoor 'looks like grass' carpet covering all area and no plants or vegetation at all, so it wasn't a massive job). He suggested I pay him $85 for 2 visits (so the 2nd visit would be free). Then he basically just 'weed wacked' the weeds instead of pulling them up by roots (as I said I needed done). I didn't see this until after he left, when I went out to pick up weed debri he had left on the ground....and instead I spent over an hr now pulling roots growing under the carpet edging left behind. After few months of rain, huge weeds now reappeared, forcing me to do again (easier to pull when wet) because couldn't reach him for 2nd 'prepaid' visit! Now today, tried again to call, recording says 'no voicemail setup', & all sites advertised on say CLOSED all days/hrs w/no contact info. This guy now GONE & I paid $85 for a 30 min. weed whack job!??? Scammer??"
