"Zach and his wife plus one other worker did a great job. I called and (although the call just goes to his cell phone so he does not answer as a business, which can be confusing at first) he answered right away and I was able to schedule for the following week. He offers a veteran discount that turned out to be a better deal than the deal offered on Angies list so that's what we did. Based on what we wanted done and how much we were willing to spend we set up for a 2 hour service. He said he would contact me the day before to confirm which he did.

The morning of the service he texted to say they were done early with the previous client and could come by early if that suited us. So they showed up early and worked straight for 2 hours. I knew there wouldn't be enough time for some of the the extra dusting and cleaning the inside of appliances so I was ok with that not being done. But everything was vacuumed and mopped and both bathrooms were done. The kitchen was totally cleaned including them getting some stains off our stainless cooktop that had been very stubborn. The blinds, window sills, and all the molding were dusted as well as all the ceiling fans and cabinets and some of the walls. The patio sliding glass door was cleaned inside and out and all the mirrors (including closets) were cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of other dusting that got done since at first he had told me on the phone they don't really move too much stuff to dust r do electronics, but I think I misunderstood what that meant. 2 rooms that were left for last (because I was in one and my husband and dog were in the other) only really got vacuumed and mirrors cleaned. But that was because they had run out of time that we were prepared to pay for and both those rooms would have a lot of detailed dusting that would take a long time. I was even impressed with how much they did in my daughters disaster of a room. All I expected was vacuuming and the blinds & window moldings, but they actually did some dusting which meant making some room on her desk and dresser because they were literally both completely covered in her stuff. 

Overall I was very happy with the service and I think the price was fair. The family are very nice, pleasant people and seemed to have a great work ethic. There was no dilly-dallying, which I really appreciate. Next time we need some deep ceaning done I feel confident in using their service again.

"Mark and crew were great.  Unlike several other contractors we tried to contact, Mark was quick to answer his phone and always available for questions.  His attentiveness and responsiveness, along with a price point within our budget, was ultimately the deciding factor to go with Fine Finish.  He did a great job of wrangling sub-contractors to take care of drywall, flooring, electrical, and custom closet doors. The project took a little longer than we had hoped (but when isn't that true?), but in the end we are extremely pleased with the final product.
