Completed the work as scheduled and pleased with the time spent and quality of the work and cleanup.

We hired PDX Roof Care for moss removal, gutter cleaning, application of moss inhibitor and some minor roof maintenance. Dimitri was extremely thorough on both the roof work and post-work clean up. He was prompt, professional and polite. Plus, the price was better than two competitors that provided estimates for the same work. We highly recommend PDX Roof Care.

Dimitri is very professional. He arrived on time, did a thorough job of cleaning and treating the roof, and then spent a couple of hours cleaning the yard and house. I will hire him again the next time I need service.

Wonderfully as always! The roof looks great. After windstorms etc it has never looked so bad and then Dmitriy came along and it looks amazing. Clean up afterwards had our patio and driveway even cleaner than it was before he arrived! He also did a complete pressure wash of our house earlier in the year and all of our friends thought we had re-painted!

PDX Roof Care checked all the boxes and then some: It is highly rated by Angie’s List and BBB. It has professional liability insurance. Dimitri came out and climbed onto the roof and took photos before providing an estimate. He didn’t just utilize a ground level or Google Earth view. His price was very competitive, even more so given he spent 7 hours for moss removal and gutter cleaning. The quality of his work and the attention to detail was outstanding. Lastly, he did an extremely thorough cleanup afterwards. We couldn’t be more satisfied with this personable and hard working young man.

Amazing customer service. Showed up on time and cleaned the entire roof, gutter of moss and other things. The debris was in the yard and some Got on the trampoline. I was stunned to see him pressure wash the patio, kids trampoline to clean up any excess debris. House and roof look amazing. I would recommend Demtri to anyone

We used Dimitri and PDX roof care a couple of years ago to clean out our gutters and clean our roof. We were pleased with his service and had him back this month to clean the moss from our tile roof and lichen that had whitened several areas in the tile. He arrived when he said he would and finished the work in one day. Our roof looks great with all the moss and lichen removed. He cleaned up any of the debris that got on our house and shrubs. We were pleased with the outcome and would use him again. His prices were very reasonable for the work he did and time spent.

Can’t say enough great things about this service. Even replaced a seal on a roof vent for free. Going to have him come back every fall and have been passing out his business card to all my friends.

I contacted PDX Roof Care about cleaning a concrete driveway, patio, and garage slab. Overall a very positive experience with Dimitri who was quick to reply and super informative throughout the process. I am very glad to have found Dimitri. He had many great reviews and today I found out they are well deserved. He showed up exactly on time, does all of the work himself, was articulate, thorough and efficient, and cleaned up so you would never guess the gutters were cleaned today. I am afraid of heights, so he took pictures of the high gutters to show me. I am looking forward to an annual visit from Dimitri from now on.

He did and excellent job and called back later to see if we were satisfied. He did a great job cleaning up the debris on the ground from the roof and the gutter cleaning. He also was the best price after getting 3 bids.

PDX Roof Care even took the time to meticulously clean up the mess caused by the roof debris falling to the ground and on the house/windows.
