"Absolutely wonderful! The inspection and cleaning went great and we were able to ensure it was safe for us to build a fire. We found out there there use to be an insert in the fireplace which was ripped out and the damper was broken. We discussed a couple options and decided we would have a lock top installed. Since we had replaced the windows already my husband and I were provided some great advice on how to get proper airflow to the room to avoid smoke in the house. This was also due to the size and shape of our flue. It is so nice to see someone that not only does a great job but educates the homeowner as we let him know this was our first house. After everything was done and he answered our many questions he let us know if we run into any issues with starting a fire just give him a call and he could stop by and assist. Great experience and so nice to see a local business that truly cares. When he was up on the roof he noticed a recently installed vent pipe was not sealed properly and actually went right back up and sealed it for us. So appreciate the extra eyes up there to save us a headache down the road. Will definitely be working with them for the long term!!!
