"It did not go well. He is a nice guy and means very well, but halfway through the cleaning he admitted that he was just learning how to do tile, and knew next to nothing about working with stone. After several hours with marginal success, we agreed to forget the whole process. So we paid for a service that we did not fully get. I'm sure he knows carpets well, but certainly not stone or tile work. We are in the process of contracting with someone else whose speciality is stone and tile work.
