I really appreciated his honesty and integrity in not trying to sell me anything I didn't truly need! That's a quality I really look for but don't always find. Also his communication was flawless. I always knew exactly what was going to be done and when. Great about keeping me well informed every step of the way. Thanks, Dan! Shane and his crew came out for the install shortly thereafter and they were fast, efficient and friendly! Shane advised me one of the underground cement gutter lines was clogged and referred me to Grumpy's Drain Cleaning who was every bit as good as this company. When they say good people know good people, it really is true. Shane is very easy to work with and we were completely satisfied with the superb outcome. Thanks Shane! I highly recommend this company. There is literally nothing I didn't like about them and that's really saying something."

Over the years, I have had numerous tasks completed; replacing a skylight, moss cleaning and treatments, consults about remodeling that would effect my roof, etc. Honestly, I can't think of too many contractors I have retained this long, and that says something since I understand what it takes to have great customer service- timely and clear communication with professionals that know their craft, transparency in all options with decisions while keeping an eye on the best value for the customer, all with a helpful demeanor meaning no hint of sass or patronizing tone, in either vocal or email comms. That's why I appreciate them. If there are any reviews here under five stars, I'd say most likely the customer may be at fault for not giving Bliss a chance to make things right. I failed to mention that I make a point to spend my money where people value diversity, so even if you have an interaction with someone from Bliss that may not speak English the best, trust me when I say they know about roofing, and they do a great job."

Master Sweep is a full service chimney company. Servicing the entire Portland Metro area for over 12 years. My Construction Contractors Board license # is 147440. Ask about our Angie's List discount.

"Jason Doran is currently operating on a suspended CCB license #147440. He appears to now be running his business under the name of Chimney-Pro (most likely due to the license suspension). There is a reason why he has received numerous 1 star reviews and it is because he is completely incompetent and a p*** poor "con artist." He is not licensed to work in the state of WA but did so toward the end of 2024. We filed a complaint with the WA Dept of Labor and Industries. He is being fined in the amount of $1,200 for this violation. We paid him $2,000 to perform work. He royally f'd up the job. We offered to settle for a refund for $1,000, he declined. We just won a small claim judgment against him in the current amount of $2,496.38. If he continues to avoid this situation, the fees will only increase. Do not hire Master Sweep or Chimney-Pro."
